Hi, I’m Maggie, the “balanced runner” behind the blog. I’m an online editor, freelance writer, and ACE certified personal trainer. I love all things fitness, digital media, and food. I’ve tried CrossFit, marathon running, yoga, and everything in between. I’ve also had a pretty varied past in my eats from Paleo to a more grain-based diet. I’m now somewhere in between with a balance between the two that feels good to me. I love to stay on my toes with a wide variety of interests, so please join me as I write about my adventures.
